Hannah Lynne knows not to read too much into it—Ezra is a confirmed bachelor and barely even glances her way, despite any hope to the contrary. But when Ezra bids an exorbitant amount to win the quilt she had her heart set on, Hannah Lynne can’t stop her heart from taking over her mind. Could Ezra finally be in the market for love?

Sweeter Than Honey by Kelly Irvin

Shattering a jar of pickled beets wasn’t the impression Isabella hoped to make on her first trip to the local Combination Store of Bee County, Texas. But as embarrassed as she was by the accident, she didn’t think it warranted the frosty reaction from the handsome manager of the store, Will Glick. As she soon learns, though, Will’s heart has been broken one too many times. And now, for some reason, Isabella finds herself determined to be the one to repair that broken heart and renew his faith in love.

Heads up I downloaded the audio book to listen to while driving. This made for a great car ride with my girls! They actually really enjoyed all these stories. They were mad when I would listen without them. :)

Here is what I thought.....
Love Birds by Amy Clipston. I enjoyed this novella. Amy has a very simplistic style of writing. If you want something light and airy with a bit of romance mixed in. Then Amy is for you. This story touches on her heirloom series book 1. You don't have to read that book to read this story, I just thought it was neat how the two went together. The characters in this are warm and fuzzy, simple and sweet. This is a cute story that won't disappoint.

A Bid for Love by Kathleen Fuller.  This story was my favorite in the book. I literally laughed out loud several times during the story. Kathleen has actually become one of my favorite authors in the Amish genre. This story is funny and entertaining. I really enjoyed the characters in this story. And the thing with the butter is sweet and funny, but I won't say anymore cause I don't want to give anything away. This was an awesome story that you'll enjoy.

Sweeter Than Honey by Kelly Irvin. I really enjoyed this story as well. I have enjoyed other things by Kelly and I have actually read some of the books this story went along with. Again, you don't need to read the other books to read this story, but they are great as well. This story was a little hard to get into at first but after reading a for a little bit it got better. I'm looking forward to reading more by Kelly.

Love in Store by Vannetta Chapman. This was another great story. I hadn't ever read anything by Vannetta Chapman before. This story was very intriguing because it had a lot of mystery. It was also interesting because it dealt with characters that were older, more middle aged. Not your usual young love type of book. The story kept me interested and by the end I was dying to know the answer to the mystery. I can't wait to read more by Vannetta.

A great collection of stories that is sure to please. I received this book form The Fiction Guild in exchange for an honest review. A positive review was not required.
