Cold Case Christianity for Kids by J. Warner Wallace and Susie Wallace

Between the ages of 8 and 12, kids often start to wonder if Christianity is true. In Cold-Case Christianity for Kids, detective J. Warner Wallace draws readers into the thrill of high-stakes investigation by showing them how to think rather than telling them what to think. In this children's companion to the bestselling Cold-Case Christianity, detective Wallace gets kids excited about testing witnesses, examining the evidence, and investigating the case for Christianity. Includes author illustrations and links to a website ( where kids can download activities, fill in case notes, and earn a certificate of merit.

J. Warner WallaceBiography

J. Warner Wallace is a cold-case homicide detective, adjunct professor of apologetics at Biola University, Christian case maker and author. J. Warner was a conscientious and vocal atheist through his undergraduate and graduate work in Design and Architecture (CSULB and UCLA); he always considered himself to be an "evidentialist". His experience in law enforcement only served to strengthen his conviction that truth is tied directly to evidence. But at the age of thirty-five, J. Warner took a serious and expansive look at the evidence for the Christian Worldview and determined that Christianity was demonstrably true. After becoming a Christ follower in 1996, Jim continued to take an evidential approach to truth as he examined the Christian worldview. He eventually earned a Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.

Here is what I Thought......

This is a fascinating book for any kids in your life. The way it takes scripture and a story and makes kids want to know more about Christ and how to know him really impressed me. I think my kids will like this as well. I was very impressed by the writing and all of the ways this points to Christ and the scriptures. I really like how it makes kids think about Christ and their salvation and also helps them to know what they believe and why. I am very much looking forward to finishing this book with my kids and digging deeper into their faith as well as mine. I enjoyed the cover of the book as well as the pictures and other graphics in the book. I am so impressed with this book and I will now be purchasing the adult version to read as well. I received this book from Litfuse publicity book for free. A positive review was not required.
