I thought this book was very interesting. I think this is a great addition to any church that is looking to build its small group ministry. I will be recommending it to my church in an effort to grow our ministry. I enjoyed the way the book was laid out. It explained things very well. I found it east to understand. Steve Gladen (MDiv, Fuller Theological Seminary) has been executive pastor of small groups at Saddleback Church since 1998 and serves as an elder of the church. He oversees the strategic launch and spiritual development of more than 7,000 adult small groups on multiple campuses.
