Lone Star Ranger by Renae Brumbaugh--A Review

ELIZABETH COVINGTON WILL GET HER MAN

And she has one week to prove that her brother isn't the cold-blooded killer Texas Ranger Rett Smith accuses him of being. She'll show the handsome lawman he's wrong, even if it means embarking on a perilous race across Texas to catch the real culprit.

Rett doesn't want to see an innocent man hang. But he can't let the Boston beauty take the law into her own hands. When she follows him into treacherous territory, the lawman vows to keep Elizabeth safe. But who will protect him from the woman whose courage and conviction have him questioning everything—even his heart?

My Thoughts:  Elizabeth is a fiery, headstrong woman in need of some help. Her brother has been wrongfully arrested and she needs to find a way to free him. Rett is the strong, handsome Texas Ranger who has arrested her brother. Can she find a way to prove his innocence? Will Ranger Rett believe her?
This book was most definitely a fun and exciting read. I very much enjoyed the plot and characters.  This book is a quick and easy read. At a little over 170 pages it makes a great road trip read or airplane read! Renae kept my interest throughout and was able to end the story in a great way without it seeming something was left out. It had action mixed with a little bit of adventure and some sweet romance to round it out.  Can't wait to read more by Renae!
This quick read was great and I would recommend it to others!
I received this book through the Book Club Network in exchange for my review. A positive review was not required.
